F&B Supervisor (In-room Dining)

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the In-room Dining team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Regularly review house counts, forecast and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
• Focus on guest feedback and always look to improve guest satisfaction scores.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage.
• Well versed with Restaurant Service / In-room Dining Operations.
• Service-focused personality and a passion for everything food and beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
