As our F&B Supervisor, you'll be the mastermind behind the daily buzz at our restaurant! You'll keep everything running smoothly, from supervising and training our awesome team to ensuring we never run out of anything essential. Quality control? That’s your middle name. You’ll also ensure we’re always up to health and safety standards, and most importantly, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering exceptional guest service, handling any concerns like a pro.

What we need from you

As our F&B Supervisor, you’ll be reporting to the Restaurant Manager and playing a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly in the restaurant, keeping both our guests and operations happy.

We’re looking for someone with a solid hotel background, who’s as passionate about hospitality as they are about service. You should bring experience in F&B Operations, particularly in all-day dining, along with strong leadership and people management skills. You’ll need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a keen eye for detail, communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently, and have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
