JOB PURPOSE

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share for the brand, focusing on wholesale, B2B, and corporate sales channels across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and implement a thorough sales strategy to meet revenue targets and enhance market share within the designated region.
  • Identify target markets and implement marketing plans to craft sales pitches that effectively establish new sales channels and secure sales deals.
  • Nurture and uphold strong relationships with key customers and partners, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to pinpoint opportunities for business growth and enhancement and suggest actionable recommendations.
  • Manage B2B sales orders from customers, overseeing warehouse packing, delivery coordination, and related document preparation. Optimize contract negotiations and pricing to secure favorable deals while aligning with the brand's financial objectives.
  • Supervise client credit facilities, payments, and the invoicing process to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Implement and enhance an efficient demand planning process and inventory management system to minimize stock-outs, reduce wastage, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Produce detailed reports on departmental performance, emphasizing sales, supply chain, warehousing, and inventory metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could affect the brand's performance, ensuring business continuity and fostering growth.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

General Experience

  • Seven to nine years of experience in Sales and Distribution, or a similar role.
  • Experience in premium food-related retail is essential, with additional expertise in the premium chocolate industry being advantageous.

Managerial Experience

  • Four years of experience in a managerial role.
