Coordinate the daily operations of the team to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
Lead by example, providing guidance and motivation to the team to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any special requests, concerns, or feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor to manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, following company policies and local regulations.
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction.
Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely delivery of food and beverages.
