Job Description

1. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
2. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
3. Set up, clear, and reset tables as needed
4. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
5. Assist in preparing and presenting food and drinks
6. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally
7. Process payments and operate POS systems
8. Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory needs
9. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
5. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
