Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will drive the brand strategy through distribution optimization & prospection while ensuring the profitability of each POS and key account.
Drive the optimization of the fragrance & beauty distribution network:

Develop the brand equity in the markets:
You have a post graduate degree from a business school and at least 4-5 years of experience within distribution and/or retail management. You have a strong knowledge of the fragrance & beauty industry with a luxury mindset. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position. English is a must; Arabic would be a strong advantage. Must be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint. This is a regional position and you will be asked to travel regularly to the markets in your zone.
