The People Consulting Services division is split into three different pillars; Performance, Reward, Talent, Systems.

Your role

1. Participate and contribute in client engagements and execute the work plan
2. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
3. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients
4. Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and across other services

Minimum Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Behavior / Industrial Engineering, or related field of study with strong academic credentials
2. Graduated within 18 months of applying to the Graduate Program
3. Proficiency in Arabic and English language skills
