To support our projects, we are looking for an experienced External Site Engineer to join our team and ensure the flawless execution of site installations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an External Site Engineer to supervise fitout installation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site visits, taking accurate measurements, supervising installation processes, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills to manage teams and achieve perfect results on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage site visits, ensuring accurate measurements are taken for fitout installations.
2. Oversee and coordinate installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and high-quality standards.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
4. Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to address any on-site issues or changes.
5. Supervise the work of installation teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to the approved design.
6. Ensure that all materials and components are correctly installed, with attention to detail in alignment, finishes, and quality.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges or technical issues during installation.
8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all team members comply with health and safety regulations.
9. Prepare site reports, document progress, and provide feedback on any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
10. Ensure that all installations meet the company’s compliance standards and client expectations.
11. Work with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the fitout, construction, or interior design industries.
2. Strong technical knowledge of fitout installations, materials, and construction processes.
3. Experience in taking accurate measurements and ensuring precise execution of designs.
4. Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to manage installation teams effectively.
5. Ability to resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot technical challenges.
6. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
7. Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
11. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
