Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an External Recruiter at Melodica Music Academy. The External Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates ONLY. They will work part-time and remotely to support the academy's talent acquisition needs.

Qualifications

1. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to source candidates effectively
4. Knowledge of the music or performing arts industry is a plus
5. Experience with recruiting tools and platforms
6. Ability to work independently and remotely
