We are hiring an Export Sales Manager for our reputed client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in the perfume, makeup, or retail industry, with expertise in managing international markets across GCC, Europe, US, UK, North Africa, India, and CIS countries. The role involves distributor management, international travel, and driving business growth in overseas markets.
Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
Identify, appoint, and manage international distributors and key accounts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and logistics coordination.
Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Achieve sales targets and profit margins as per company objectives.
5–10 years of experience in the perfume industry (makeup/retail industry experience also considered).
Strong knowledge of export markets (GCC, Europe, US, UK, North Africa, India, CIS countries).
Proven track record in B2B international sales and distributor management.
Familiarity with export regulations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel internationally for business expansion and client meetings.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, French, or other regional languages is a plus.
