Job Description

An Export Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding an organization's export sales activities. They collaborate with international distributors, agents, and customers to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. The sales manager develops sales strategies, negotiates contracts, and ensures timely delivery of products to customers. They also monitor market trends, identify new export opportunities, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies and plans
  • Identify and evaluate export market opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers and suppliers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Track sales performance and prepare sales reports for management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues related to export sales

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in international markets
