EXPERT TECHNICIAN MANAGER

BEME-LLC in UAE is an equipment supplier specialising in the bakery and pastry sector. Exclusive distributor of the Bongard brand. We are present in Riyadh and the KSA region.

We sell, install, and maintain bakery equipment to a clientele of craftsmen, hotels and supermarkets.

We are looking for 1 EXPERT TECHNICIAN MANAGER, intending to create a strong team concerned with providing high-quality standards of services and expertise.

The person must have experience of a minimum of 5 years in UAE and on Bakery and Pastry equipment.

Job description: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our existing team growth, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position will require travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Installations of equipment, such as BONGARD brands and supervising our technicians
2. Developing technical sales, handling maintenance or after-sales services
3. Supervising technicians and after-sales department
4. Ensuring all staff exercise good time management
5. Obeying company regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same
6. Analyzing market performance and needs and drawing up action plans
7. Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients
8. Conducting technical meetings with your team to improve, follow up and ensure the growth of the team
9. Developing and maintaining business relationships
10. Developing new business leads
11. Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement
12. Properly maintaining and updating showroom displays
13. Maintaining showroom appearance, including organization and cleanliness
14. Overseeing showroom operations, including day-to-day maintenance equipment
15. Organizing customer visits and demonstrations in the showroom
16. Conducting regular staff meetings in the showroom
17. Recommending fine points of inventory control
18. Ensuring the accuracy of stock and sales

Desired Skill & Expertise :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
2. 7 years minimum of bakery equipment installation and maintenance experience (Brands required BONGARD/MIWE/SVEBA)
3. Driving License UAE is mandatory
4. Managerial experience is required
5. Good leadership and people skills
6. Excellent time management, dynamic
7. Attention to detail
8. Great networking abilities
9. Ability to work on different projects simultaneously

Qualities required:

1. Must have good experience in technical companies and manufacturing companies
2. Strong communication skills (speak and write in English; French is a plus)
3. Organized and pays attention to details

7. Proficiency in using quality control tools and software

Job Type: Full-time – 48h per week

Salary: From AED12,500.00 per month + bonus as per KPI
