What We’re Looking For

We’re selective because we want the BEST. If you meet the following, we want to hear from you:

• Location: Applicants who already live in Dubai will be prioritized.
• Experience: At least 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai, preferably with off-plan or secondary markets.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license.
• Attitude: Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused - a real go-getter who thrives on closing deals.

Please Note:

This is a commission-based position, with commissions starting at 50%. Applicants should have sufficient savings to support themselves during the initial months before generating sales.
