What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in Dubai's real estate market (off-plan or secondary).
• Fluency: Proficiency in English; Scandinavian or other additional languages are a plus.
• Location: Candidates already based in Dubai preferred. If you're not yet a resident, you must have enough savings to support yourself for 36 months until commissions start rolling in.
• Driver's License and Car: A valid UAE driver's license and your own car are required.
• Professionalism: We value dedication, punctuality, and preparation. Candidates who do not show up on time or fail to attend scheduled meetings will not be considered.

Hiring Process:
Step 1: Online Google Meeting screening call.
Step 2: Online meeting with our Senior Sales Manager.
Step 3: Final meeting in person or online with our COO.
Step 4: Offer letter issuance.
