YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run & Manage Advertising Campaigns: Execute and oversee campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Conceptualize and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach your clients' target audiences.
• Hypothesize and Test: Develop hypotheses and conduct testing to enhance ad creative performance, collaborating closely with the creative team to share insights.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for the brands you support, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their objectives.
• Campaign Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate campaign performance, compile detailed reports, and identify opportunities for optimization both on and off platform.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ Years of Media Buying Experience: Demonstrated success in managing media buying activities, with a track record of handling significant ad spend across multiple platforms.
• Data-Driven Mindset: A strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking to evaluate campaign effectiveness quantitatively.
• Technical Acumen: A solid technical understanding to navigate digital advertising platforms efficiently.
• Structured Approach: Highly organized with a disciplined and reliable work ethic.
