Experienced Boat Mechanic

We are seeking two experienced Boat Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of boats and marine equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boats, engines, and marine systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
3. Install, calibrate, and test marine engines, navigation systems, and other boat components.
4. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.
5. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during all tasks.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Boat Mechanic or Marine Technician.
2. Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing marine engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
3. Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment used in marine maintenance.
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. [Optional] Certification in Marine Technology or a related field is highly desirable.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Candidates with prior experience in the UAE or GCC region are highly valued.
