We are actively looking for a GCC-Experience Store Manager for our GCC office enhancing the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the experience store, ensuring the normal operation of the store.
Store Image Management: Maintain the cleanliness and brand image of the store, including the display and maintenance of samples, staff image maintenance, etc., ensuring that the store display meets brand standards.
Store Human Resource Management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, rewards, and punishments of the experience store staff, improving team cohesion and work efficiency.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints and feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Strictly implement sales plans, lead the team to achieve sales targets, and continuously help the store to be profitable.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends, and propose improvement suggestions and strategies.
Requirements:
Over 3 years of work experience in the retail industry, with at least 1 year of store management experience.
Experience in mobile phone or electronic product sales is preferred.
Lively and talkative, with strong affinity and service awareness, strong verbal expression, and coordination skills.
Clear logic, with certain team organization and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Familiar with the operation and basic skills of office software; proficient in telecommunications industry business knowledge and operational experience.
Certain retail store management methods and management experience, with skills and experience in handling customer complaints.
More than 1 year of practical management experience in the same industry, same field, or store (senior store manager, store operation specialist) is preferred.
Proficient in using office software and sales management systems.
