As part of our international expansion, we are strengthening our presence in Middle East, and we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive based in Dubai to lead business growth in the region.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding and consolidating our presence in the Middle East market. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within key sectors across the Middle East region.
- Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a strong client base, ensuring long-term relationships and positioning ES GROUP as a trusted partner.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects exceed client expectations.
- Tailored Proposal Presentation: Develop and present customized solutions that align with client needs, offering innovative and strategic approaches.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives are met.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress and results.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional capable of excelling in a fast-paced and evolving market. Key requirements include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles within the region's exhibition stand design and construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Middle East trade show and events market.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and after-sales service.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High customer focus and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or a third language is a plus).
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proactive, well-organized, and a team player.
