Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to explain service details to customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and understanding with customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Effectively close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in dealing with Gulf customers.
  • Communicate fluently and professionally in both Arabic and English.
  • Handle customer inquiries clearly and confidently.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to speak fluently in both Arabic and English.
  • At least 1 year experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field would be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
