What you will be doing:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Kitchen and Stewarding teams.
  • Manage the daytoday food service operations across outlets room service the Executive Lounge and banqueting.
  • Collaborate with Front of House teams to deliver highquality products and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Establish monitor and maintain food standards preparation presentation and cooking techniques in line with set guidelines and requirements.
  • Promote sustainable practices and lead the hotels food waste management program.
  • Manage food costs and control expenses effectively.
  • Drive innovation in menu creation to enhance the dining experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to upskill and develop internal talent within the Kitchen department.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or within a multioutlet dining environment.
  • Prior experience in training and developing kitchen teams.
  • Ability to inspire support and lead the team to participate in local and national culinary competitions.
  • Detailoriented and proactive in approach.
  • Relevant trade qualifications.
  • A creative mindset for the production and presentation of all culinary offerings.
  • Competence in designing and developing menus that align with brand guidelines and outlet identity.
  • Awareness of market trends ensuring the food offering is marketleading across all segments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP procedures.
