Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary liaison between the GM and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Manage and organize the GM's calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings to maximize productivity.
  3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all action items are tracked and followed up promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing a solid foundation for corporate communication.
  2. Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
