Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chairman

Job Description
- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as the point of contact between the Chairman and executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing communications, including letters, memos, and official statements.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and important documents for easy retrieval.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations and execution of strategic decisions.
- Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by the Chairman.
- Managing utility bills, maintenance, and properties.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
- Experience working in a corporate or executive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in professional English is mandatory.
