Job description

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Presenting and demonstrating services to potential clients
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company
  • Providing feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights
  • Managing sales processes from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Other duties as needed or required, dealing with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Operating Environment

  • Both office and offsite work; flexibility on working hours
  • Meetings with clients will occur on a daily/weekly basis
  • The role will build up based on approval and on big projects

Formal Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management or commerce field (Experience in a relevant field can also be considered)

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales capacity, with a technical background

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)
  • Trained to deal directly with clients on a daily basis; excellent written and verbal communication skills
