Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in both public and private industry.
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Johnson Controls' solutions.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the Energy Efficiency/Renewable Energy/Sustainability Industry.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency solutions, building automation, and HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
