• Develop and implement evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, policies, and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program effectiveness, including student outcomes, program quality, and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing evaluation data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement and assist in the implementation of those recommendations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure evaluation plans are aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
• Participate in program and institutional review and revision processes.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in program evaluation practices and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, evaluation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program evaluation or a related field.
• Knowledge of evaluation theory, methodology, and best practices.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements and evaluation regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
