We are seeking an experienced and analytical Program Evaluator to join our team. The Program Evaluator will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs, policies, and procedures. The Program Evaluator will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop and implement evaluation plans and provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, policies, and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program effectiveness, including student outcomes, program quality, and stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing evaluation data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement and assist in the implementation of those recommendations.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure evaluation plans are aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
- Participate in program and institutional review and revision processes.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in program evaluation practices and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, evaluation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program evaluation or a related field.
- Knowledge of evaluation theory, methodology, and best practices.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with accreditation requirements and evaluation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
