Engage with customers to understand their jewellery needs and preferences.
Present and explain different jewellery collections, designs, materials, and pricing.
Drive sales by proactively identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, market demand, and competitors.
Assist in visual merchandising, product display, and stock management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, and product availability.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
