We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking Product team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

1. Define and execute a channel strategy aligned with growth objectives and company’s vision.
2. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation based on market trends, segment demands, competitive analysis and user surveys and feedback.
3. Prioritize product roadmap based on business value and customer impact.
4. Oversee the development of customer-focused journeys ensuring the user experience is seamless, engaging and the best-in-class.
5. Build strong relationships by communicating effectively with main stakeholders to enhance channel capabilities and reach and provide product updates.
6. Ensure key metrics defined on channel adoption, user engagement, revenue and customer satisfaction are measurable and used in decision-making to enhance journeys, features and overall channel experience.
7. Manage and inspire a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

1. Sound knowledge of online channels management, lifecycle management and user-centric experience.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Actions and results-oriented.
3. Ability to manage effectively long-term strategy and goals with short-term priorities.
4. Strategic thinker, influencer, product believer and problem-solver mindset.
5. Proven track record as channel manager with 8+ years’ experience.
6. Strong leadership skills.

1. Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 40,000- AED 55,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
