Facilitate the integration of new partners, including training on policies, commercial terms, product knowledge, and providing marketing materials.
Oversee the implementation of agency agreements following established templates and procedures.
Address broker inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure quality service.
Supervise broker commission processing, maintain the master file, and ensure compliance with the agreed payout method.
Monitor partner performance, identify trends, acknowledge high performers, and propose strategies for increased engagement.
Ensure all broker marketing activities align with MAF branding guidelines and prevent any misuse of the brand on social media.
Lead in enriching broker-related data, ensuring all documents are current and renewed when necessary.
Assist in executing broker events and activities to foster a stronger relationship between MAF and its partners, promoting higher sales performance.
Requirements
Academic Qualification: Possess a degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Experience: Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Real Estate Developer role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems and digital controls.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent business writing skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
