Executive Housekeeper

Every room has to be perfect. We are searching for the right Executive Housekeeper to make sure our standards never slip, managing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences with every single stay.

Your day to day

Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

1. Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
2. Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment while minimizing waste in support of our green initiatives
3. Helping to refine and prepare budgets that help us maximize profitability
4. Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members
5. Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
6. Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards

What we need from you

1. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
2. Business language and tools acumen
3. Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in hospitality or related field
4. 3+ years total experience in a catering setting or related field
5. Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
6. Must speak local language(s)
7. Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard
