Inspira Head Hunting Consulting is recruiting an experienced Executive Head of Baking to lead our culinary team in Dubai.

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute pastry strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Direct a team of skilled pastry professionals to ensure smooth food preparation and presentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to create innovative menu offerings, focusing on North Indian - Mughlai/Punjabi Cuisine and pastry techniques.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior role at a reputable restaurant or hospitality establishment.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
