Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead all Governance and Compliance projects on behalf of the business.
2. Work with Operational risk partners to implement and sustain governance protocols, ensuring a robust risk framework and effective operational risk practices within GM that meet internal, risk, and regulatory requirements.
3. Manage Operational Risk tasks which include:
   1. Operational Risk Meetings
   2. RCSAs
   3. GM Operational Risk reviews
   4. Resolution and management of all GM risk incidences
   5. KRI management
4. Work with Compliance partners to ensure a robust framework across the GM franchise. Key deliverables include EWRA s, GM Compliance reporting to the Central bank, Compliance monitoring, training, etc.
5. Business lead on the Governance side managing the delivery of GM related SOPs, SLAs, Business and Dealing Manuals, Dealer Mandates, etc.
