Job Position: Executive Director Energy Efficiency Sector

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
2. Minimum of 13 years of experience in a relevant field related to setting and driving energy and water efficiency policies, strategies, and plans.
3. Ability to envision and drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainability.
4. Demonstrated experience in energy efficiency programs, energy management, or renewable energy.
5. Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and regulatory requirements is crucial.
6. Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives, including program development and organizational growth strategies.
7. In-depth understanding of energy efficiency technologies, market trends, and policy issues.
8. Ability to create and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
9. Experience in managing crises and navigating complex organizational challenges.
10. Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
