Job description

The Executive Community Management serves as the primary point of contact for residents and co-owners within the jointly owned property. They are responsible for maintaining positive resident relationships, managing communications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations.

Community Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between residents, board members, and property management.
  • Develop and implement programs and events that foster community spirit and engagement.
  • Mediate and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a professional, diplomatic manner.
  • Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and assess community satisfaction.

Communications:

  • Maintain up-to-date communication channels (emails, newsletters, community boards, social media).
  • Keep residents informed of community updates, policies, events, and any disruptions (e.g., maintenance schedules).

Administration and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations by conducting regular inspections.
  • Assist with the development and enforcement of policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident contacts, maintenance schedules, events, and community activities.
  • Assist in budget tracking and reporting for community-related expenses.

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Act as the main point of contact for maintenance requests and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance work to minimize disruptions for residents.
  • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and the property management team to ensure high standards of property upkeep.

Financial Management Assistance:

  • Support the board and property management in preparing community budgets, expense tracking, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Assist in collecting dues, fees, and other payments as required, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Monitor and report any budget variances or financial concerns.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
