Executive Chef – Education Sector, UAE

We have been retained by this well-established Contract Caterer to find them an experienced and very talented Executive Chef for a brand new, state of the art venue to be opened later this year!

This exciting role involves the setup and ongoing management of an amazing kitchen and various eating hubs.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in a similar role or a very strong number 2, ready for first Executive Chef role
• Preferable to have experience in top independent schools
• Very familiar with all dietary requirements and up-to-date with current trends
• Able to manage and inspire large teams of kitchen staff and chefs
• Familiarity with legislation affecting education food business and best practices
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Very strong HSE knowledge and application

Salary package: Negotiable for the right person plus bonus, family benefits including schooling allowances
