Executive Chef vacancy in Khalifah A City UAE

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef for our restaurant in Khalifah A City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. The salary for this position is 1200 per month, and we are open to considering a foreigner for the role.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience in professional kitchen management
2. Proven record of creating delicious, innovative dishes
3. Ability to develop, manage, and motivate kitchen staff
4. Excellent time management skills
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

No experience is required for the role. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience but the right attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop menus with input from clients or customers
2. Create new recipes and menus according to customer preferences
3. Monitor food preparation methods for quality assurance
4. Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks accordingly
5. Monitor inventory of supplies such as ingredients and kitchen tools
6. Oversee health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment
