Executive Chef vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

At Dibba-El-Fujairah, we are looking for a highly motivated and capable Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence by utilizing their knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and menu design in order to create a memorable dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100, and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.

The Executive Chef will be expected to manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu development, ordering and inventory management, and staff supervision. They will be responsible for ensuring quality control and safety standards are met in all aspects of the kitchen’s operations. They will also work closely with the service staff to ensure a smooth transition from the kitchen to the dining room. In addition, they will be expected to work with vendors to source ingredients and maintain relationships with local suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year's experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or catering environment. They should have an excellent understanding of modern culinary techniques as well as creative flair when it comes to menu design. The candidate must also demonstrate strong leadership skills in order to effectively manage staff in a busy kitchen environment. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational abilities as well as excellent communication skills in order to effectively coordinate between different departments within the restaurant.
