Executive Chef

Executive Chef Vacancy in Al Shamkhah City, UAE

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team at Al Shamkhah City. This position offers a salary of 1500 and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall culinary direction of the kitchen, menu development, ordering and overseeing food preparation, setting high standards of quality and taste, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in the culinary field with at least 5 years’ experience as a senior chef
2. Hands-on experience in planning menus, creating recipes and developing dishes
3. Knowledgeable in current culinary trends
4. Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team of cooks
5. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
6. Strong communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining quality standards
8. Good understanding of sanitation regulations
