Executive Chef Vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
  2. Create and modify menus to meet quality standards.
  3. Ensure fresh and quality dishes.
  4. Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
  5. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations.
  6. Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
  7. Supervise kitchen staff's activities.
  8. Hire and train kitchen staff such as cooks and food preparation staff.
  9. Perform administrative tasks such as taking stock of food and equipment supplies and doing purchase orders.
