We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our successful restaurant in Ras-al-Khaimah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, managing food quality, and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Creating menus
2. Training staff
3. Monitoring stock levels
4. Managing budgets
5. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
6. Addressing customer complaints
7. Motivating staff members
8. Keeping up with new culinary trends

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role as well as excellent leadership skills. You must also have good knowledge of food cost control techniques and HACCP standards. Additionally, you should possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English (knowledge of Arabic is desirable).
