Executive Chef vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at an upscale restaurant located in the beautiful city of Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful applicant will be responsible for all kitchen operations and will be required to create innovative menus while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and cleanliness.

The Executive Chef must possess excellent leadership skills and have the ability to effectively manage staff to ensure the best possible customer experience. The ideal candidate must also have a creative eye for detail and a passion for perfecting recipes, as well as an excellent understanding of local cuisine, ingredients and cooking techniques.

The successful applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting and is expected to work closely with the front-of-house staff to coordinate daily operations. He/she should be able to keep up with trends in the food industry, understand food costs and be able to think outside the box when creating new dishes or revamping existing ones. Excellent communication skills are also essential in this role.

The salary offered is 1300 AED per month plus benefits. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who can demonstrate their qualifications, experience and enthusiasm for this role.
