Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our Musaffah restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in menu development, kitchen management, and culinary operations. The position is open to both local candidates and immigrants, and the salary is AED 1300.

Demands for the Candidate
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. A hospitality degree or equivalent qualification
2. At least 2 years experience as an Executive Chef in a restaurant
3. Knowledge of international and local cuisine
4. Demonstrated knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety rules
5. Ability to develop and manage a diverse culinary team
6. Ability to manage food and labor costs
7. Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
8. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
9. Proficiency in using a point-of-sale system for restaurant operations
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
