Executive Chef in Musaffah, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for our restaurant in Musaffah. The position requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a team environment, and is committed to delivering the highest quality of food to our customers.


The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of both traditional and innovative cooking methods and techniques, as well as a proven track record of success. An Executive Chef must be able to lead, motivate, and inspire their team to create unique dining experiences for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the team in the kitchen.
  2. Ensuring adherence to health regulations.
  3. Troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  4. Developing new dishes or menus on an ongoing basis.
  5. Evaluating staff performance.
  6. Delegating tasks appropriately.
  7. Providing direction when necessary.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment that serves international cuisine. Applicants must also have experience managing staff and budgets as well as working with suppliers. A valid work permit is required for non-citizen applicants, with salary commensurate with experience up to 1400 per month.
