Position: Executive Chef Location: El-Fujairah Salary: 1300 AED+
Requirements:
Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management/Food Service Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, with proven success in a fast-paced and high volume kitchen
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, quality assurance, portion control, inventory management and cost control
Plan special menus for events like weddings, banquets etc., coordinate with suppliers for food supplies and consult with customers on menu selection
Train staff members to ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Ensure all safety regulations are followed at all times
Monitor kitchen operations to ensure quality standards are met
