Executive Chef

Executive Chef in Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and should possess the following qualities:

1. Excellent culinary skills, with a strong knowledge of international cuisines
2. Ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
3. Strong organizational and planning skills, with an eye for detail
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene regulations
6. Experience in cost control and budget management

The Executive Chef will be primarily responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operations in the kitchen. This includes managing menus, food preparation and presentation, overseeing staff training, creating new recipes, upholding strict safety regulations, controlling costs and wastage. The Executive Chef must also ensure that all dishes are cooked to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1100 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.
