Executive Chef vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced and professional Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and overseeing all culinary operations in the hotel's restaurant.


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE or the Gulf region. You must have a good understanding of food safety standards, recipe preparation methods, and cost-effective menu planning. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.


As an Executive Chef, you will:

  1. Design menus
  2. Direct kitchen staff
  3. Develop creative recipes
  4. Order supplies
  5. Oversee food preparation and presentation
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Schedule staff shifts
  8. Manage budgets and analyze profit margins
  9. Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and training as needed
