Indian Executive Chef - Dubai

We are hiring an experienced and skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
2. Create and update menus that showcase authentic Indian cuisine
3. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to standard recipes and company's specifications
4. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, and place orders when needed
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
6. Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and menu items
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end Indian restaurant or hotel
2. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices
3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
5. Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
6. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free) + performance-based incentives
