Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team and managing the operations of the kitchen. The successful candidate will provide instruction and guidance to the culinary team, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, manage daily operations, develop menus and recipes, plan special events, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications/Needs for Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
2. Excellent leadership skills
3. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
4. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards
5. Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
6. Strong organizational and communication skills
7. Ability to work flexible hours as needed
8. Creativity in developing new recipes and menus
9. Proficient in English language

Salary: 3000+ $
