Join an established company, a leading stockiest and distributor of structural steel. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Secretary to support its executive team.
Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai
Salary: AED 4000 - AED 5000 + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executives' calendar, appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them as needed.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming documents.
Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organize and maintain both electronic and paper records.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 4 years in an administrative or secretarial role.
Skills:
Excellent letter drafting and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
