Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to take on exciting challenges in a fast-paced business environment? We are looking for a talented Assistant to the Commercial Director to become a key player in our growing real estate group. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating high-level business operations, managing projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Manage the Commercial Director's calendar, meetings, and events
• Organize business trips, negotiations, and key appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials
• Handle business correspondence and document flow
• Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and contractors
• Coordinate work between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Development departments inside the company
• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and business letters

What we are looking for:

• Higher education in economics, management, or marketing
• Previous experience in sales or commercial activities is preferred
• Knowledge of business analysis and project management principles
• Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Strong skills in office software and CRM systems

Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000 monthly during the 3-month probation period (review possible based on performance)
