Executive Assistant to MD

A leading international law firm is currently looking for an Arabic Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide a professional executive service to the Managing Director, delivering highly effective, efficient, professional, proactive and confidential support.

Requirements:
Ability to think outside the box
Bachelors Degree
Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic
At least 4-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Managers
Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise work in a demanding environment
Extremely presentable
